Annet's Cloud

I tried to draw "a cute cumulus cloud" with "rainwater pouring from it into a glass pitcher". Look at it there, dancing and raining bright blue pixels. Isn't it cute? Does it not reek of Annet's evil?
That cloud isn't my idea. The words it utters are not mine. The 'G' at the bottom is not mine.
I copied and pasted those words from this amazing comic: romanticallyapocalyptic.com/15… , I then looked up The Good Directorate's logo and worked out how to draw it. Don't you understand the joke? I believe the words I stole were written by but that episode was drawn by so I'm not sure who owns the little dancing evil cloud.
